Memorial Day!

On sunday we went to a work BBQ.
Our host owns a motorcycle and the boys were in heaven. They loved it.

Isaac was showing off is juggling skills.

Christian was wowing the crowd with juggling skills.

On Monday we had a BBQ with some friends. After dinner we went to the park and played Baci Ball and Volleyball.
It was so cool, Isaac is serving the ball.

Isaac is a Wolf!

We are two steps into the cub scout program. Isaac is a wolf. He did such a good job working hard to get his wolf.

Isaac turns 9!

I am so excited that I have been a mom of 9 years. Isaac is such a fun boy to be around. He is full of energy and loves to learn new things. I am so glad that he is 9. We look forward to the years to come. Happy birthday Isaac.

The Father and sons

Isaac and Aaron got a ride in canoe around the lake.

Every year Christian takes the boys on the father and sons camp out. And every year he doesn't get any sleep. This year our neighbor lent Christian a cot to sleep on. Christian was hooked. I don't think that he will be sleeping on the ground ever again.
The boys had so much fun. They played in the fire. They roasted pine cones and burned lots of things. They had a blast.

The best part about the YMCA!

I have been looking for a sport that my kids love.
I think that I have found it.
My kids love to swim. Isaac is getting really good. Aaron is not a strong as Isaac but he is getting there. Nicole is a little fish now. She asks me everyday if it is swim lessons. She can't wait to get in the water and swim.

A little catching up!

This is the hotel that we stayed at.
The Hotel Del CoronadoThe View from the beach.

Our room

The view of Down town San Diego.

I know that this is a little late getting out.
Christian and I were able to go on a trip to Coronado Island for a few days in April. Christian spent a lot of time in meetings and I saw a few things in San Diego. I went to the Zoo and Old Town San Diego. I was amazed at how well the public transportation worked. I would catch the ferry in the morning and walk up a few blocks and either catch a bus or ride the train. Both were a lot of fun. When I was done sight seeings I would come back to the ferry platform and take the ferry back to the island. I don't think I have walk so much in along time. It was about 1 1/2 miles to the ferry platform ( I did this twice a day for 3 days).
I think the one thing I miss the most is the run I did on the beach in the morning.
